Detectives Seeking Information in Dance Studio Burglary; More Than $100,000 in Damages Done

In observance of the winter holidays, the City of Boulder is adjusting its operations schedules.
BOULDER, Colo. – The Boulder Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the individuals responsible for doing more than $100,000 worth of damage to a city dance studio.
At approximately 10:26 p.m. on Friday, July 28, the two people seen in the surveillance video below broke into Kinesis Dance Studio at 635 S. Broadway and committed numerous acts of vandalism. The destruction included spray painting nearly every surface inside, shattering large mirrors, and damaging furniture, possibly with a knife. There were no identifiable words, numbers, images in the spray paint.
The suspects are both wearing hooded sweatshirts and one is wearing a backpack. One suspect is wearing what appear to be Nike Dunk Lows and the other is wearing what appear to be Nike Air Max 97s, Video and images are below.
The business has reported having negative encounters with a group of teenage males who skateboard outside of the studio that range from conversations to the teens peeking into windows and coming inside.
