Gallery features student photography, reflections and recommended actions to address the climate crisis.
Holiday Closures
In observance of the winter holidays, the City of Boulder is adjusting its operations schedules.
Community members are invited to experience an immersive photography and storytelling exhibit called “Picturing Change: The Impacts of Climate Change Through the Lens of Boulder’s Youth.” The exhibit explores the climate crisis through photos and written reflections created by New Vista High School students.
The students hope to draw attention to the ways climate change affects our everyday lives and to inspire equitable action that builds a better future for all. The exhibit is also a vehicle for students to share their climate policy and program recommendations with local elected officials and city staff.
This project is a collaboration between the Boulder Watershed Collective, Cottonwood Institute, New Vista High School and the City of Boulder. More information is available on the Boulder Watershed Collective’s website.
