In observance of the winter holidays, the City of Boulder is adjusting its operations schedules.
UPDATE on November 1, 2024: The suspect in this case was arrested today by Boulder Police. Garret Kent Loter (D.O.B. 05-24-2000) was charged with one count of aggravated robbery and taken into custody. As in every criminal case, these charges are an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty.
BOULDER, Colo. – The Boulder Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the man who robbed another man at gunpoint last night.
At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30, an adult male was at the Wells Fargo ATM, 3307 30th St., when an unknown man walked up and robbed him at gunpoint. The victim was not injured, and the suspect ran away. An older model white Dodge Ram was seen by the victim leaving that area and is possibly involved.
The suspect, seen in these photos, is described as a white or Latino male with a thin build, weighing about 160 pounds and 5’10” feet tall. He was last seen wearing a green and black flannel jacket with a black sweatshirt underneath, black sweatpants, white sneakers, and a black backpack. He had a black mask covering his mouth and had black reading glasses on. He might also have tattoos on his fingers.
