Trail Description
Hike from urban to wilderness by starting at Bluebell-Baird Trail to transition west onto First-Second Flatiron Trail. Continue up rocky switchbacks to arrive on the saddle between the First Flatiron and Sunset Rock. This heavily trafficked trail features some light rock scrambling, sweeping views of Boulder, and a close-up experience of the famous sandstone rock formations. Winter brings ice and snow-packed sections to this trail, so prepare to use spikes November through March.
