Holiday Closures
In observance of the winter holidays, the City of Boulder is adjusting its operations schedules.
The city's Community Mediation and Resolution Center (CMRC) offers facilitation services for non-profits, community groups and other multi-party entities, to assist with meeting facilitation, team dynamics and workplace matters. Facilitation services often include a combination of private individual sessions, large group sessions and smaller mediated sessions with specific parties to address particular areas of conflict.
CMRC provides two facilitators from a team of experienced mediators and facilitators who come from a wide variety of backgrounds and areas of expertise. The facilitator team is selected to best match the needs of the clients. Bilingual facilitators and interpreters are available.

A staff member will contact you to discuss your needs in more depth, develop a strategy to address the situation and assign a facilitator team to work with your group.
After you submit an online form describing the facilitation request, a staff member will contact you to discuss your needs in more depth, develop a strategy to address the situation and assign a facilitator team to work with your group.
Typically, the facilitators will meet with key group members to understand the background of the situation and hear other individual perspectives to prepare for any group meetings. Individual meetings take place over zoom and group sessions are best conducted in person. However, accessibility and accommodation are important components of the process to ensure all voices are heard.
The fee for CMRC facilitation services is $150 per hour and grant funding may be available for non-profit and community groups who serve Boulder County. Please contact Carin Armstrong at 303-441-4344 or armstrongc@bouldercolorado.gov to discuss payment options.
